Eugene Barrow, son of Flavius Josephus Barrow and Sarah A. Wise Barrow, was born in October of 1875, and married Maude Keck in 1908, in Illinois.
In the 1900 census, Eugene is shown as being a teacher, still living at home. From the book "Do You Remember Campbell Hill" newspaper December 27, 1901: "Eugene Barrow was in Ava a few hours last Saturday on business." In the 1910 census, Eugene and his family are living with Eugene's father, Flavius. Eugene is listed as working as an electrician laborer. In the 1920 census, Flavius and Eugene's brother Samuel are living with Eugene and his family. Eugene is listed as an electrician in a coal mine.
