On August 22, 1877, Tabitha was united in marriage to William Dyches in Williamson County, Texas. William was the son of Josiah and Eliza (Lewis) Dyches. He was murdered July 8, 1890, at the age of 31 years, 11 months and 18 days. He was buried in the McFadin Cemetery, Circleville, Williamson County, Texas. He was a former Texas Ranger. Their children were:

Willie Mae 21 Aug 1886
Clyde William 18 Jun 1888
Tabitha died February 13, 1941 in San Angelo, Tom Green County, Texas, and was buried there in the Fairmount Cemetery.
All of the above listed children were also buried in Fairmount Cemetery near their mother.
