She was born on March 29, 1921, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Joseph Dewey and Maurene Alley Crist Judd.
Mrs. Fox was a graduate of Luray High School and worked as a clerk for the H&H Store for more than 30 years. She was a member of the Beth Eden Lutheran Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Home Calvin Fox, are nieces and nephews.
Burial was in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
