Julia Ellen Reed was the daughter of Nathan Stone & Mary Ann (Rice) Reed. She married Henry L. Gould on December 20th, 1871, in Fairport, New York. They had four children together. Their first two, George and Edith, died as infants. The last two were Walter and Leroy. She was given 12 grandchildren by her two sons.
