Bruce Allen Amos, 20, of Oak Ridge, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 23, 2006, in Pigeon Forge.

He was born May 23, 1986, in Oak Ridge, the son of William Vince Amos and Lois Faye Newport Amos.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints and had just graduated on May 12, 2006, from West End Academy in Knoxville.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Bill and Norma Amos and Dixie Pyles; brother, Brad Andrew Amos; sister, Tina Marie Amos and her fiancé, Kevin Bolden; girlfriend, Amy Keys; special friend, Spencer Rouse; and niece, Bailee Danielle Bolden, all of Oak Ridge; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Funeral services are Friday, May 26, 2006, at 7:30 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Dan Sloan officiating. Graveside services are Saturday at noon at Oak Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
