Mrs. Jennie E. Titus age 74 died at 5 a.m., May 8 at her home on Gardner street, Horseheads, N.Y., after an extended illness. She is survived by her husband Charles B. Titus, one son, Herbert, of Longview, Washington, one daughter, Mrs. D. B. Kleighe at home and five grandchildren of Longview, Washington. Prayer service will be held at the home Saturday morning at 9:30 and the funeral services will be held at ten o'clock at North Towanda, where she formerly lived, at the M. E. church with Rev. E. A. Mathews officiating and assisted by Rev. Horace Pittman. Burial at the E. Herrick cemetery.
