Services were Thursday at Hawkins Funeral Chapel in Bridgeport. The Rev. Ed Miller, pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Decatur, officiated. Burial was in Paradise Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Bedford and Weldon Kennedy, Elbert and Merlin Remmele, Wayne Niblett and Ras Albritton.
Albritton, born Aug. 25, 1896 in Paradise, married Lillie Wayth, May 11, 1976 in Stephenville. He was a member of the Methodist Church in Paradise.
Other survivors include: a son, Lloyd Albritton of Tyler; step-son, Ray Sharp of Newark; sisters Mrs. Arthur Kennedy of Bridgeport and Mrs. Bill Bridges of Paradise; three daughters; one great-grandson; and two great-granddaughters.
