Mrs. Altha Lettrell Dickey, 83, of St. Louis, formerly of Steele, died Oct. 6, 1991 at St. Louis. Born March 25, 1908 in Poe, Mo., she was the daughter of William and Virginia Dowdy Lettrell. She was the widow of Samuel Burl Dickey. She was a Baptist.
She is survived by a daughter, Betty Dickey of St. Louis; One stepson, Roscoe James Dickey Sr. of St. Louis; One sister, Daisy Arnold; Thirteen grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Services were Oct 26 at 2:30 p.m. at Bradshaw German-Aumon Funeral Home chapel in Steele, the Rev. Ben Early officiating, with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
