August Schneider, 74 years old, a native of Germany, died at 1:30 o'clock Sunday morning at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. G. Oeffinger, 317 South Mesquite street. He came to Texas in 1883. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Marth Seathoff of Hondo, Mrs. G. Oeffinger of San Antonio, Mrs. C. T. Krueger of El Paso and five grandchildren. Funeral services were held from the residence of Mrs. Oeffinger at 3:30 o'clock Monday afternoon. The body was interred in the Hermann Sons' cemetery.
