The Bell child drowned Saturday night in a stock pond on the Hansford ranch where the Bells now live. Bell recovered his daughter from the pond about 8:30 p.m. He said the child had wandered away while he was working and fell into the pond. She was pronounced dead on arrival at Guymon Municipal Hospital.
Survivors besides the parents are a sister, Linda Kathleen; a brother, Nickie Lee; her grandparents, A.E. Bell and Mrs. O.L. Nunley, Borger and Mr. and Mrs. C.S. Babb, Gleason, Tenn.
Interment will be in the Highland Park Cemetery, Borger.
