4) Thomas, b.1892 in TX, d. young, OK? Jasper's mother, Mary, was listed as having had 11 children with 5 living, but only 4 were listed in 1900. There were several Morgan families listed in 1900 Lamar Co, TX. But am unable to say if/what relation existed between them?
Lurany and Jasper were married the 29th January 1906, Eufaula, OK, called the Western Indian District, almost a year before Oklahoma became a state, they had 4 children that survived to adult-hood:
1) Simon Joel Morgan, 1911-1970
2) Samuel Lafate Morgan, 1913-1967
3) Mrs. Minnie B. Morgan White, 1915-1987
4) Mrs. Lucille L. Morgan Keeton, 1918-1998, all now deceased.
Jasper's brother John Indepence Morgan is buried in the Little Cemetery in Seminole, OK. #40183054
Jasper died of the flu epidemic in 1918, in Muskogee, when my mother was almost 4 years old. Though I've searched for many years, have never found any Morgan connections to his father's family.
