Bessie Thelma Robinson, 93, of Holden Beach Road, Supply, NC died Thursday, April 23, 2009.
Born in Brunswick County, NC on September 22, 1915 a daughter of the late Isiah David and Mary Etta Hewett Fulford. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husbands, Everette Lee Galloway and Jesse Rudolph Robinson and several siblings.
Survivors are two daughters, Frances Mintz, Ash, NC and Nell Brame, Supply and Reidsville, NC. Two sisters, Della Pigott and Lydia Hewett, both of Shallotte, NC. Two grandchildren, Reverend Regan Mintz and wife Connie, Renita Whitworth and husband, Jim. Five great-grandchildren, Gary Woodard, Patrick Woodard, Crystal Mintz, John Whitworth and Sarah Whitworth. Two foster grandchildren, Tracy Ballentine and Lisa Justice.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 2:00 PM in the Union Chapel Pentecostal Church by the Reverend Michael Jacobs. Burial will follow in Sabbath Home Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
Casketbearers will be Gary Woodard, Patrick Woodward, John Whitworth, L.C. Fulford, Gerald Ivey and Brandon Fowler.
