Although the photo is of a grave marker in St. Lawrence Cemetery, this lady is not buried there. Note that a date of death has not been added to that stone. I've been working on family history with her great-grandson Bill Abel, who told me today that she elected to be buried in St. William Cemetery instead. According to Bill she has a single stone there. I reviewed her 1914 death certificate and it says buried in Knottsville Cemetery. I then found her 11 Jul 1914 Owensboro Messenger obituary summary under the name Joanna Able. It also says she was buried in St. William Cemetery in Knottsville. Her husband Elisha Abell/Abel is buried in St. Lawrence.
