Roselda E. Allen, 67, of 3417 N. East, died at 8:05 p.m. Saturday at Bartholomew County Hospital after a short illness.
She was the wife of Cecil G. Allen, to whom she was married Dec. 26, 1936, in Danville.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Herschel M. Northern and the Rev. Melvin R. Nead at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Reed and Jewell Funeral Home, where persons may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be at Hope Moravian Cemetery.
Mrs. Allen was born May 14, 1914, at Huntington, daughter of E. Earl and Hazel L. Jones Carnahan.
She was employed for six years by the former Shopper Fair store here. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church.
Surviving with the husband are three sons, Edgar C. Allen of Camby, Philip Michael Allen of Hope and Thomas E. Allen of Edinburgh; two daguthers, Mrs. Charles Adams of Seymour and Connie M. Dooley of Columbus; one sister, Pauline Jewell of Paris, Ill., and 16 grandchildren.
