Berlie Garland Beamer, 82, passed away Friday, July 4, 2003 at her home in Belspring. She as a member of Belspring United Methodist Church. She was a loving and hard working wife and mother. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed sharing her meals with friends, family and the sick.
Survivors include her husband, William P. Beamer, Sr. of Belspring; a daughter, Patricia B. Cox of Elliston; a son, William Preston Beamer, Jr. of Radford; five grandchildren; two brothers, Arthur Garland of Gray, Tenn. and Frank Don Garland of Grand Island, Fla.; and three sisters, Bernice G. Stair of Roanoke, Beulah Wilson of Grand Island, Fla., and Myrtle Carroll of Christiansburg.
Funeral services will be held July 7, 2003 at 3 p.m. at the Belspring United Methodist Church.
Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
