Alexander B. Wicki, Pequest Road, Great Meadows, N.J., died last night at his home after a long illness. Mr. Wicki, 45, was a produce farmer.
Born in Breakwater, Conn., he lived in Great Meadows nearly all his life.
He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Great Meadows, and the Cat Hollow Rod and Gun Club.
Surviving are his widow, the former Florence Hanzel, his mother, Mrs. Viola Terrick Wicki, Great Meadows; three sons, Alexander S., Jeffrey and Peter, all at home; one daughter, Nancy, at home; three brothers, Stephen and Lewis, both of Great Meadows, and Walter of Hackettstown; six sisters, Mrs. Jennie Urevich, Mrs. Alice VonFlotow, Mrs. Agnes Lightcap, and Mrs. Frances Landiak, all of Great Meadows; Mrs. Julia Kot, Vienna, and Mrs. Helen Sipple, Belvidere.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Mallon and Metzler Funeral Home, Great Meadows, followed by a blessing in the church.
