Services Set For Arthur F Shockey, 72
Funeral services for Arthur F Shockey, 72, of Edmonds, were scheduled this afternoon in the North City Free Methodist Church. Burial was to be in Evergreen under the direction of Mittelstadt's Ballard mortuary. Mr Shockey died Monday in a rest home. He suffered a stroke Saturday.

Mr Shockey was born in Freeport, Ill. He homesteaded in South Dakota and returned to Illinois before he moved to Edmonds 20 years ago. He was a member of the North City Fee Methodist Church.

Surviving are his wife Rhoda; three sons, Dr. Charles F. Shockey, head of science department at Seattle Pacific College; the Rev Mark Henry Shockey, Newberg, Ore, and Eran Gilbert Shockey, Milwaukee, Wis; two sisters and two brothers, ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
