Technical Sgt Richard Bohn, 31 years old, a Marine Corps Radar Technican was killed when the small dive bomber was on a routine training flight. It caught fire and exploded over Kaneohe Bay near a Marine base at Honolulu, Hawaii on July 8, 1957. T-Sgt Bohn had been in the Navy 4 years, during World War II and since had served seven years in the Marine Corps, including the Korean War. He was born March 1, 1926.
