I used to listen to your recordings all the time back in the 80's. I have only just started listening to them again. Never gets old. As a fellow sailor, I say God bless you and thank you for your service.

I first was introduced to your comedy by my father in Florida when I was 6 years old. I'm now turning 50 and know I am a better person for listening to you. God Bless you and your wonderful family.

We spent countless hours on the road with Jerry Clower on our cassette or CD player and it always made a 400 mile trip seem like 40 miles. I can still rattle off the entire Ledbetter clan from memory. Rnell, Vernell, Raynell, W.L., Lanell, Odel, Udell, Marcel, Claude, Nugene, and Clovis. Of course Uncle Versie and Aunt Pet. I look forward to sitting down in heaven and getting to know you

You are the funniest stand up comidien that ever lived. I honor your service in the Navy during this memorial day holiday. From one old soldier of the Army, to one old sailor of the Navy, may you sail on calm seas, with a fair wind at your back as you journey the sea that knows no end in Glory.

Jerry Clower was the first comedian to work the "You might be a redneck if" Not Jeff Foxworthy. I really enjoyed your schtick when you were around. I guess all the Ledbetters did too. Rest well my funny man.

Those we love remain with us for love itself lives on. Cherished memories will never fade, because one loved is gone. Those we love can never be, more than a thought apart, for as long as there is a memory, they live with in our heart.
