Edward G. Ditzler Wednesday, March 11, 2009 Edward G. Ditzler, 70, of Pine Grove passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2009, in Pine Grove Township. Born on May 18, 1938, in Pine Grove Township, he was a son of the late Guy S. and Cora Deichert Ditzler. Edward had been a farmer, and worked for Ditzler Farms Inc. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a member of the Oak Grove Sportsman's Club and the Red Suspenders Gun Club. Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Miller Ditzler; one son, Scott, and wife Tracey Ditzler of Pine Grove; one grandson, Cody Scott Ditzler; a sister, Alice, wife of Arthur Graham of Chadds Ford, Pa.; a nephew, Ken, and wife Sandy Graham; a greatniece, Kendra Graham; and his mother-in-law, Margaret Miller of Pine Grove. Services will be held at H.L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Saturday, March 14, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. with the Rev. Cynthia Kennett officiating. Friends will be received Saturday, March 14, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the at the H.L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Pine Grove, Pa.
