Daniel Olds made an index of deaths August 1890 thru December 1918 from Muscogee County municipal records. It says ? Rogers, a White female died January 16, 1891, age 1 (on this list, age 1 year could be anything between age 0 and 2 years)

Grave may or may not actually be in the lot (city 2-688) where it is marked

Frank Rogers married January 25, 1889 in Muscogee County, GA, to Mary Williams.

1900 census of city ward 8, Columbus, GA, Dwelling#203, Household #226, residing at 2013 Comer Avenue, says (all born in GA except David & Mary) David F. Rogers age 37 born Dec. 1862 (AL SC AL) Locomotive Engineer, wife Mollie age 40 born May 1860 (GA AL GA), they were married 11 years and she had borne 8 children, 4 still living, son Eddie F. Rogers age 6 born Mar. 1894, daughter Essie B. Rogers age 3 born April 1897, stepson John T. Hanes age 17 born July 1882 (GA GA GA Moulder at Iron Works, stepson Douglas Hanes age 15 born Mar. 1885 (GA GA GA) Clerk, and aunt Mary Roberts widow age 77 born Dec 1822 (SC SC SC).

Autry's Historic Linwood Cemetery book, edited by Dowd and others, says 5 baby slabs, no markings, Infants of D. P. Rogers. The initial "P." here is wrong (it's F), and the slabs do have inscriptions, which is how we know they are the infant children of Mr. & Mrs. D. F. Rogers.
