Jerry G. Temple, 63, Kidder, passed away on February 7, 2009 at his home.

Jerry was born on March 20, 1945 in Altamont, Missouri to Gerald Wayne "G.W." and Edith Myrtle "Peggy" Allen.

He was a graduate of Kidder High School.

He worked as a supervisor for the Internal Revenue Service.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, G.W. Temple and mother and step-father, Peggy and Paul Orr.

Jerry married Sally A. Smith on May 29, 1965 in Cameron. She survives of the home.

Additional Survivors: 2 daughters, Tammy Harrison, Peoria, IL and Chief Mary True, Camp Lejeune, NC; brother, Michael Temple; 4 sisters, Linda, Patty, Madonna and Brenda; 4 grandchildren, Jake and Courtney Harrison, Jason and Jessica True; special parents, Loren and Christine Foxworthy.

Services: 10:00 AM, Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at Poland-Thompson Chapel, Cameron. Visitation: 6-8:00 PM, Monday evening at the funeral home. Burial: Mount Ayr Cemetery, Altamont, MO. Memorial fund: American Cancer Society and/or Comfort Care Hospice.
