Cora Elder Aulabaugh
Cora Elder Aulabaugh, 93, of Alton, died at 8:50 a.m. Friday, June 26, 1987, at Blu-Fountain Manor in Godfrey.
She was born in Alton, daughter of the late Oscar M. and Mary Estella (Whisnant) Elder.
She married Paul M. Aulabaugh on Oct. 28, 1915, in Alton. He died June 3, 1968.
Surviving are three daughters, Frances Horsley of Brooksville, Fla., Ruth Naughton of Alton and Betty Trogdon of Perrysburg, Oriio; a son, Paul M. Aulabaugh of Thonotosassa, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a foster brother, Ray Elder; and two sisters, Louella Taylor and Bessie Horn.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6.p.m. Sunday at Smith Funeral Home in Alton, where services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday with the Rev. William D. Fester officiating.
Burial will be in Upper Alton Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the building fund of Main Street United Methodist Church in Alton.
