Robert Abercrombie Lovett
[Add Flowers]
In your retirement from Washington and Wall Street, I enjoyed correspondence with you. Such exquisite stationery! You said news of your mother's death reached you by ship's radio on the Homeric, when you were bound for Europe. My Grandfather Chilton of Mt. Vernon, NY attended her funeral. You expressed regret that the only Chilton family you met & knew was Thomas H. Chilton - q.v.
