Pauline R. Savukoski formerly of town of Wescott, Shawano, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2008, in Meadow View Care Facility in Bonduel, where she had been a resident for the past year. Pauline R. (Taylor) Savukoski was born the only child of Clarence and Elizabeth (Hogan) Anderson on November 2, 1918, in Rockford, Ill.
In 1944, she was united in marraige to John E. Taylor in Rockford. After her marraige, the couple lived in Rockford. She was employed as a secretary throughout her life. She retired in 1977, and the couple moved to the Shawano Area. After her husband John's death, she married Paul Savukoski; he died April 4, 2004
Survivors include her step-children and numerous dear friends throughout the world. At Paulines request there will be no visitation or funeral services in Shawano. Interment in Scandinavian Cemetery in Rockford, Ill.
