Calvin Marshall Johnson was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia on May 11, 1962, the second of four children of Willie and Mattie Washington-Johnson. His happy and mischievous childhood years were filled with lots of running with his brothers and plenty of Sunday School. He attended James Monroe Hight school and graduated in 1981. Calvin was very much a "people" person.
He is survived by his loving Mother, Mattie Johnson, and sister, Carmen Johnson of Upper Marlboro; two brothers, Timothy Q. Johnson of Spotsylvania, Virginia, and Andre Johnson of Alexandria, Virginia, one nephew Timothy Q. Johnson,Jr, one niece, Tierra D. Johnson, both of Spotslvania, Virginia; two aunts, Thelma Herndon, Washington, D.C., and Mary B. Johnson of Aylett, Virginia; and a hosts of cousins and loved ones
