Edward Jacob Fischer, age 57, of 717 Ingalls Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Monday, December 22, 2003 at the Alleghany Regional Hospital, Low Moor.
He was born January 30, 1946 in Alleghany County, Virginia a son of the late Edward Jacob Fischer, Sr. and Marie Hinkle Fischer.
Mr. Fischer was a retire machinist with Double Envelope in Roanoke with 25 years of service and was a member of the Faith Baptist Church, Covington.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Camden Fischer of Clifton Forge; one daughter and son-in-law, Melanie Fischer Dixon and Darin Dixon of Blue Ridge, VA; three sons and daughters-in-law, Edward Andrew AAndy@ and Lisa Ann Fischer of Buena Vista, VA, Scott Graham and Ellen Fischer of Clifton Forge and Joseph Jason Fischer and his fiancee Angela Angle of Clifton Forge; one sister, Wanda Fischer-Capano of Richmond; two brothers, Raymond L. Fischer of Covington and William G. ABilly@ Fischer of Fredericksburg, VA; five grandchildren, Taylor Mackenzie Fischer, Joshua Andrew Ryan Fischer, Ryan Edward Dale Fischer, Caitlyn Joe Fischer and Megan Ann Dixon; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Interment was in the Mountain View Cemetery, Clifton Forge.
