Loppert Maylillian (Morris) Loppert of Bloomfield, beloved wife for 42 years of the late Joseph (Barney) Loppert, slipped into dormation- asleep in the Lord as it was known to the early Christians on Sunday (September 14, 2008) at Kimberly Hall in Windsor.

Born in Hartford, daughter of the late Thomas F. and Anna (Moran) Morris, she was raised in Hartford and graduated with Honors, from both St. Joseph's Cathedral School in Hartford and Mount Saint Joseph Academy in West Hartford. Maylillian started her career with the Aetna Life Insurance Company in Hartford and continued to work in the administrative field, traveling with her husband Barney as his own career progressed. One of the highlights of their travels included working for a period of time in Saudi Arabia, a time she thoroughly enjoyed. After returning to the United States, she took a position as a medical administrator at Kimberly Hall in Windsor, where she worked for 17 years until her retirement. Maylillian was a parishioner and an active part of the Sacred Heart Parish in Bloomfield, where she also served on the ushering staff.

She leaves two brothers, Tom and Jack; six nieces and nephews, Mary Ann (Morris) Swol, Robert, Jr., Charles, Michael, Brendan, and Bradford Morris; and several great nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by two brothers, William V. and Robert E. Morris.

A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Thursday, September 18 at 10 a.m., at Sacred Heart Church, 26 Wintonbury Avenue, Bloomfield.
Burial will follow in Windsor Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Windsor.
Her Family will receive Friends on Wednesday, September 17 from 4-7 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church.
