David C. McPherson, 53 of Boyne City, died Sunday, May 17,1998 at his home.
Funeral service will be 1 P.M. Wednesday, May 20 at the Stackus Funeral Home in Boyne City. the Rev. Andrew Kipapa will officiate. Burial will take place in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Boyne City.
Dave was born Aug. 25, 1944 in St. Ignace, the son of Albert and Beulah (Wallace) McPherson.
On July 10, 1965, he married Carolyn Gee.
Mr. McPherson had worked for the Charlevoix County Transit for the last 14 years as a driver.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn McPherson of Boyne City and five children, Vicki (Jon) Golke of Traverse City, David (Michelle) McPherson jr. of Traverse City, Kelly (Martha) McPherson of Naples, Fla., Tami McPherson of Boyne Falls, and Shawn McPherson at home and 11 grandchildren.
