Funeral services were held at 4 pm A. L. Cobb, 85, who died at Hickory Manor Nursing Home Saturday night following a long illness. Services were conducted by Mr. Jurd Brantley at Golden Funeral Chapel and interment was in Christ Church Cemetery.
Mr. Cobb had been a resident of Morehouse Parish for the past 43 years and was a retired employee of International Paper Company and a charter member of Central Church of Christ. He had resided at Hickory Manor Nursing Home for the past 10 years.
