GLADEWATER - Services for Dan Gwinn, 81, of Gladewater, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 20, 2008, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel of Gladewater, with the Rev. Ben Bright officiating. Burial will be in Gladewater Memorial Park. Mr. Gwinn died July 17, 2008.
Born June 4, 1927, in Taleguha, Okla., he was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served during World War II, and retired from the oil field. Survivors include his daughters, Babetta Aziz, Danna Turner, Helen Sims and Kim Joiner; and son, Jeff Gwinn.
