Brandon Burgett, 20 went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 6, 2008.

Services will be 10:00am, Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at the First Baptist Church Seminole with Tommy Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.

Brandon was born on August 18, 1987 in Houston, Texas to Jayna Knight and Michael Burgett. He graduated from The Woodlands High School in Texas in 2006.

Brandon moved to Seminole, Oklahoma to begin his studies at Seminole State where he earned his Associate Degree in 2008. Brandon would have attended The University of Oklahoma this fall, which was his lifetime dream.

Brandon will be remembered and loved as being a compassionate, loving and caring person. His faith and family were Brandon's priorities. He had a passion for his Lord, which he shared with many.

Brandon is survived by his mother and stepfather Jayna and Gene Knight, father and stepmother, Michael and Lynda Burgett, special parents, Bruce and Tandi Coates. Sister, Cheyenne Knight, step-brothers, Blake and Zachary Knight, Brandon and Kyle Miller and Joshua Hoffman. Grandparents, Pat and Freid Atyia, Carroll and Fern Knight, Sam and Mary Lou Kusmanoff and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by two grandfather's James Crawford and Edward Burgett.

Pallbearers will include, Dru Finley, Colt Kreeger, Chris Conway, Diego Colmenares, Garrett Coates, Michael Coates, Cooper Payne and Josh Smith.

Honorary Bearers will be Friends from Baptist Student Ministry, and First Baptist Church Youth and Falls Creek Staff.

Memorials may be made in Brandon's honor to the First Baptist Church in Seminole or Falls Creek Building Fund.
