Interment will be in Lakewood Cemetery, Clinton, MS under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Mr. Catching, a retired payroll dept. computer operator, passed away Sunday, September 02, 2007, at St. Joseph Nursing Home. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Monroe. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virgie Hicks Catching; son, Charles Catching; and daughter, Betty Jo Catching.
Survivors include his son, Jim Catching and wife Carol of Ft. Worth, TX; grandson, Jeremy Catching and wife Margaret Ann of Flower Mound, TX; granddaughter, Jenny Catching of Corona Del Mar, CA; and great-granddaughter, Caroline Catching.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 12 Noon until service time at St. Joseph Nursing Home.
