Matthus Alexander "Mac" Beadle. Mac was the son of Henry and Mary Ann (or Martha) (Alexander) Beadle. He was born about 1845 in Tennessee, and died in late December 1892, buried about the first of Januray 1893. His wife was Mary Jane Teal, who he married before 1865, probably in Mason County, Texas. All of their children were born in Mason County. After his death the family moved to Kent County. This lot is just north of Ben McIver's lot. Information given by Ralph Terry.
