Mrs. Mary C. Barr, 73, of Barnesville, died peacefully Wednesday, May 28, 2008.
She was the wife of the late Donald P. Barr.
Born Dec. 22, 1934, in Frederick she was the daughter of the late Austin and Sara Oden.
Mrs. Barr was a bus attendant for the Montgomery County Schools before her retirement.
Surviving is her son, Timothy Barr; two sisters, Lilly Esworthy, Betty Stull; two brothers, Austin Oden, Dennis Oden; two grandsons, Matthew and Daniel Barr and two great-granddaughters, Kylie and Kaylin Barr.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday May 30, at the Hilton Funeral Home, 22111 Beallsville Rd. (Rt. 109), Barnesville (hiltonfh.com), where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 31.
Interment will follow in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville.
