Dearest Brian, I just finished watching a special about the Beatles which, of course, included you. Many things I'd never known before were brought to light. I'd known you were Jewish & gay, which was a difficult combination, but hadn't known that being gay in England was illegal in the early 1960's(like it was a political choice or something?), which just added more pressure to your life. I also wasn't aware that you cared deeply for John, although I can see him exploring that without caring too much about your feelings, but that's how John was back then. But the look on John's face when the press first spoke to him after he found that you had passed was one of total shock; it really hit him hard, as it did the other boys. I don't think they ever realized how much they depended upon you for everything, yes, everything, from plane tickets to cashing checks, until you were gone, and they missed you terribly, but, by then it was too late. I know that you & John have been able to reestablish your friendship since he's passed over & is with you in God's Paradise, and George is there with you, too. Seems like too many of the good die young. Half of the Beatles are gone forever from my world and I miss them so much, but I wouldn't have gotten to know them if it hadn't been for you. I just wanted to Thank you for all of the wonderful things you did for them that led them to their fame & changed the face of rock 'n roll forever. I was only 11 yrs. old when I 1st saw them on Ed Sullivan, 50 yrs. ago. Scared my parents because it wasn't the same as my liking Andy Williams & I was never the same after that nite. So, Thank You again, Brian, for everything you did, all of the sacrifices you made and everything you went thru to get them recorded, then everything you did to get their tours organized and keep the guys taken care of under such grueling circumstances; it was like babysitting for grown men who had the power to do whatever they wished and you had to keep them happy. God be with you and Rest In Peace. You were a good man who was sorely missed when he left this world too soon. From America, -

Brian, you had the foresight to see potential in four guys who would change the face of music as we know it today. It's too bad you didn't stick around because I'm sure the Beatles would have stuck together a lot longer than they did, and you would have been proud of the Magical Mystery Tour, White Album, and Abbey Road LPs. I'm sure you're now breaking bread with John and George up there....RIP..... -

45 years since your passing and you are remembered. In that time the 4 lads you managed have sadly decreased down to 2, with the passing of John in 1980 and George in 2001. -
