Singer. Lead vocalist for the alternative Rock group Winter Hours. Born Joseph Marques Rodriguez, his voice and style were sometimes compared to Jim Morrison's. Known for their melodic music and intelligent lyrics, Winter Hours released highly two highly regarded albums, "Wait 'Till the Morning" (1986) and "Winter Hours" (1989), before disbanding in the early 1990s.
