A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Ambrose was a 1986 graduate of North Rockland High School, Thiells, NY. Survivors include his son, William A. Ambrose; daughter, Alicia C. Ambrose; his mother, Teresa Ambrose-Breault, Mount Kisco, NY; sister, Sheila Ambrose, Albany, NY; brothers, Ariel Vargas and David Vargas; sisters, Anna Vargas & Mable Gutierrez. Interment followed funeral services, with full military honors, conducted at the First Baptist Church, King, NC, Tuesday, January 3, 2006.
