Richard Wayne Keys, our loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle "Rick" passed away on April 2, 2008 of a Malignant Brainstem Tumor (glioblastoma).

Rick was born April 6, 1960 to Wayne S. Keys and Dorothy Anne Matthews Keys. He was raised in Salt Lake and graduated from Granite High School in 1978. He served an honorable mission in Brisbane, Australia from 1979-1981. Rick married the love of his life Kristine L. Kuhn on October 29, 1983 and they were blessed with 9 beautiful children (Their precious son, Gabriel Kuhn Keys was stillborn on December 7, 2000). Rick owned RWK Caulking & Waterproofing since 1996. He was a hard worker that was always honest, with high integrity in his work ethic. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Rick was blessed with a charismatic personality and quick wit that drew people to him. He always made those that knew him feel good, and even when he was sick he wanted every person that entered our home to leave feeling better than when they came.

Rick is survived by his wife and children, Jared, Natassja, Gideon, Gunnar, Gentrie, Wyatt, Elijah and Gabriel Cash. His parents, Wayne (Kris) Keys and Dorothy Keys, three brothers, Kevin (Pam), Tom (Karen), Andy (Ann) and two half sisters, Whitney and Lindsay Keys. He is also survived by his in-laws that loved him as a son and brother, Kent and Gloria Kuhn, Kevin (Boonie) Kuhn, Bret (Holly) Kuhn, Karene (Chad) Smith, Kolette (Andy) Winegar, Kamille (Carmen) Kuhn, and many nieces and nephews that loved him and his humor! The family would like to thank the many friends and relatives for their love and support during this difficult time; you all helped us to survive this trial. Special thanks to Lifepath Hospice for their love, counseling, support and generosity.

Ricks' Funeral will be held on Monday, April 7, 2008 at 12:00 noon at the Eastridge Stake Center, 1187 East Draper Parkway (12300 South) under the direction of Matthews Mortuary of Montpelier, Idaho with Rick's Uncle Leonard lovingly caring for him.
