Anton Areoff, a Russian national, was a civilian casualty of WW2

Anton, a glass blower and bottle manufacturer, married Pelagea Semenoff in 1938 after his first wife Mary had passed away in 1937. Sadly Anton and Pelagea perished as a result of an enemy air attack at Comeragh Road, and were laid to rest together at BROMPTON CEMETERY on the 1st October 1940.
