Gianni Micheal Fornengo, the infant son of Michael and Ashley Shears Fornengo, died on Dec. 27, 2007, at the Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Wash.

Survivors include his parents; twin brother, Angelo Daniel Fornengo of Seattle, Wash.; maternal grandparents, Dan and Denise Shears of Green River; paternal grandparents, Mike and Julie Fornengo of Green River; maternal great-grandparents, Darton and Rozan Welch of Jackson Hole; paternal great-grandmother, Barbara Fornengo of St. George, Utah; uncles, Cody Fornengo and Levi Fornengo both of Rock Springs and aunt Janette Shears of Green River.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Frank and Vertie Shears and John and Evelyn Scott and paternal great-grandfather, James Fornengo.
Services were held at the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Wyoming.
