She was the Fairfield County Sheriff's Department matron for 25 years working along side her husband, Sheriff Daniel Fred Berry. She was a member of te Millersport United Methodist Church, a member of the Order of tyhe Eastern Star in Millersport and a member of the Monticello Mother's Club.
She is survived by her two daughters, Kathy (Matt) McDonough of Thornville, Ohio and Karen (Terry) Sheppard of Millersport; grandchildren, Brian (Jessica) Anderson of Millersport, Kimberly (Thomas) Stull of Arlington, Texas, Jeremy (Liz) Anderson of Millersport and Nick (Daniell) Sheppard of Lancaster, Ohio; great-grandchildren, Tatum Colton and Brady; sister, Melba Moore of Dayton, Ohio; and brothers, Jay and Lloyd (Peggy) Jacoby.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Daniel F "Dan" Berry former county Sheriff; and her son, Robert L."Bob" Berry.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Johnson-Smith Funeral Home in Baltimore, Ohio with Pastor Clarence Hensel officiating.
Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends and family may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home and one hour prior to services.
