Dorothy Feather Mitchell, 90, of Springfield died Friday, May 26, 2000, at St. John's Hospital. She was born Sept. 9, 1909, in Dogwood, Ark., the daughter of George Arthur and Myrtle Frances Coplein Feather.
Mrs. Mitchell, a resident of Springfield since 1952, was employed as a nurse's aide for 50 years at various nursing homes. She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church.
Survivors: three nephews, Paul and Sam Henson, both of Searcy, Ark., and Leroy Henson of Tennessee; and several nieces.
Graveside services: Calvary Cemetery, the Rev. Joe Harrod officiating.
