Mustered out at the end of the war Sep. 14, 1865 in Nashville, TN with rank of Corporal. Notes: Residence also listed as Columbia Twp. Promoted Corporal Mar. 1, 1865. Retained 1 Springfield musket and accouterments, paying $6. Married Addaliza Bourie 1866 in Noble Co., IN. He filed Invalid Pension Application to receive Pension Certificate #442344 on Mar. 16, 1886. Resident of Ligonier, Noble Co., IN, 1880-1912, where he died Jul. 2, 1916. Buried there in Oak Park Cemetery, Sec. C/Row 7. Adaliza filed Widowfs Pension Application to receive Widowfs Pension Certificate #813586 Jul. 29, 1916 in IN.
