 Jean Rosamond Smith Barnes, 93, of Kinsale, formerly of Warrenton, died April 4, 2002, following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Barnes was predeceased by her husband, Charles S. Barnes, and a daughter, Judith Barnes Mazzoli. She is survived by a son, Robert Randall Barnes of Kinsale; nine grandchildren, Vito "Skipper" Thomas and Wade Mazzoli, Yolanda "Tina" Mazzoli Rogers, Sandra Mazzoli Edgel and Brian, Christopher, Evan and Austin Barnes; 12 great-grandchildren and a devoted nephew, Lewis Smith. Funeral services were held Sunday, April 7, at Jones-Ash Funeral Home. The private interment was on Monday, April 8, at Antioch Baptist Church in Haymarket.- Eva Bryant Added: Apr. 24, 2012 |
