James A Aguiar 60 of Nesquehoning,passed away May 9,2007 in his home.He was the husband of Barbara (Gallo) Aguia.They celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary on April 12.Born in Nesquehoning he was the son of the late Santiago and Rose (Eremus) Aguiar.He was employed for six years with the Kovatch Corp.,Nesquehoning.Prior to that he was a welder for Bethlehem Steel Corp.for 33 years.He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church and New Columbus Fire Company both in Nesquehoning.
Survivors;Along with his wife is a stepson John D Hallock and his wife Amy (Jepson) in Oregon,step-daughter Christina wife of David Rohr in N.C.,brother Frank and his wife Harriet (Montersin),sisters Josephine and her husband Samuel Sparich Jr. and Mary Koziski all of Nesquehonng,5 grandchilren,nieces and nephews.
