Funeral services will be held Monday, May 7, at 10 a.m. at Calvary Assembly of God, 908 Johnston Street in Midland, with Rev. Randall McDonald, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be at 3 p.m. (MST), Monday, May 7, at the Lovington Cemetery in Lovington, N.M.
She was born March 1, 1947 in Artesia, N.M. to U.B. and Mattie Elizabeth Coffee Partlow. She married James Powell Oct. 7, 1965 in Lovington, N.M. She was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Mary Frances Woods, Doris Shedd and Nell Solomon.
She is survived by her husband, James Powell of Midland; one son, Randy Powell of Midland; two brothers, Delmer Lee Partlow of Post and Jesse Partlow of Lovington.
