Evelyn June Larsen was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, the Daughter of Hans Anton and Jennie Olive Carlson Larsen. She Married Wendell A. Cook on March 8, 1948 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She worked for First Security State Bank for four years. She worked with youth in MIA, writing and directing road shows, President of MIA and Head Librarian. She was Active in Relief Society and Chorister in the Junior Sunday School.

Funeral Services were held on Thursday, February 3rd 1977 at 1 PM in the Lee Ward Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints located at 3219 South 300 East in Salt Lake City, Utah. A Viewing was held on Wednesday Evening from 6-8 PM at Redwood Memorial Estates Mortuary located at 6500 South Redwood Road in Taylorsville, Utah and at the Church, One Hour Prior To Services.
Graveside Services followed at Redwood Memorial Estates in Taylorsville, Utah where she was buried.
Wendell passed away on September 25th 1993.
