Emma Elizabeth Johnson was born Oct. 18, 1895, and departed this life on Aug. 19, 1947, at her home in Ozark at the age of 51 years and 10 months. She was married to Hugh M. Ausmus in 1930 and to this union were born four children, Charles Lee, Beatrice, Nyal and Hugh Olin, all of the home. She is survived by the husband and children and one sister, Mrs. Charles Day of Ozark. At an early age she united with the Ozark Baptist church and lived a devoted Christian life. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon, Aug. 23, at the Chaffin Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Bonnie Ward. Burial was in the Ozark cemetery.
