JUDY MOORE CARROLL born on July 9, 1938, in Gloucester, Massachusetts to George and Elizabeth Hardeman, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 30, 2006, after a victorious battle with Lung Cancer. Judy then finished college at St. Edwards University and received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She was then swept off her feet by the dashing man in her life Bill Carroll. Bill and Judy fell head over heals in love and were married on October 6, 1983. Bill and Judy shared 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren in their joyous 23 years together.
